A bit more about me…
I’m a designer and strategist based in Brooklyn NY working to facilitate change.
I love working among diverse groups of people to reach a consensus on processes and strategies that address problems we face collectively. Deep listening and observation are at the core of my practice that often lead to the synthesis of the seemingly disparate. The projects I enjoy most reveal these connections and leverage collective experience as new ways of shaping relationships and behaviors to build better worlds.
For the past decade, I’ve designed, built, and produced experiences focused on bringing people closer to one another and themselves. I now use this knowledge and apply it to co-creating systems for greater resonance through the art of facilitation and design.
I earned my BFA in Design and Technology at Parsons School of Design and studied exhibition design in the Mediakunst program at Universität der Künste, Berlin, Germany. My ongoing education includes programs at IDEO, and becoming an IAF Certified Facilitator through Voltage Control.
Special powers include:
Divergent thinking
Deep and empathetic listening and observation
Fluid translation between different minds & groups
Advocating and holding space for inclusion
Constantly synthesizing
Frequent zooming between macro ←→ micro
Mercurial dance moves
Acrobatic metaphors
Let’s talk :)
If you have a project in mind or just want to chat, I’m always excited to discuss ways to create experiences that better the world.
